Pulley
Ordered 2 new pulleys with 2 new motors and belts. The keyway on the pulley was too small and the key provided with the motor would not fit. Needed to file keyway on both pulleys in order to fit properly.

The 2-inch Aluminum pulley for 5/8" shaft is machined from marine grade 6061-T6 US aluminum. Â This Cast Aluminum Pulley will fit any known boat hoist NEMA 56 frame single phase motor, including Elite, Marathon, Leeson, and A.O. Smith boat lift motors. Secure to your motor using the included set screw. This product does not include a shaft key.
