AMS6500 Direct Drive

The AMS6500 Direct Drive 450:1 Double Worm Reducer Gearbox is a direct drive gearbox specifically designed and manufactured for the boat lift industry. The AMS series has a proprietary aluminum housing and marine grade coated finish. 

The AMS6500 also offers the only TRUE BI-Metal Bull Gear application combined with a much larger hardened steel worm drive. With a bronze outer ring and the strength of a cast inner metal core molded to the output shaft, there is no need for the extra cost associated with the output driveshaft required by other direct drive systems. The AMS6500 was explicitly designed for the boat lift industry and not adapted for use in the industry, like many others currently being sold.
