BH-USA Flat Plate Hoist Cover and Mounting hardware

Use the photo above to help you select your correct hoist cover.  The measurements are there to show you which one will fit your hoist. The cover on the right fits the BH-USA Flat Plate Hoist and the one on the left fits the AMS Hefty Hoist Flat Plate Hoist.

If you should manage to select the wrong cover, you can simply drill a hole to line it up or we will accept your return or exchange with a 25% restocking fee.

Installation Instructions:

Step 1: Remove the Flat Plate Hoist Begin by carefully detaching the flat-plate hoist from its mounting. Ensure that the drive pipe exits the back of the hoist for a smooth installation process.

Step 2: Install the Back Cover (if applicable) If your installation requires a back cover, position it over the hoist’s rear. Align the cover with the drive pipe hole to guarantee a perfect fit.  

Step 3: Attach the Front Cover Next, take the front cover and attach it to the flat-plate hoist. If you have used a back cover, simply snap the front and cover into place; they will fit together securely, providing optimal coverage and protection.

Step 4: Reattach the Flat Plate Hoist Now, it’s time to reattach the flat-plate hoist back onto the drive pipe. Make sure the back cover is between the hoist and the drive pipe.
