Direct Drive 40:75 Double Worm Reducer Gearbox

The Direct Drive 40:75 Double Worm Reducer Gearbox is a direct-drive gearbox with a double-worm gear reducer. Featured gearbox for the 3,000 & 4,000 lb. A-Drive series enclosed boat hoists. 3/4 HP wired motor for the 3,000 lb. hoist & 1 HP wired motor for the 4,000 lb. hoist.

Features a solid aluminum gearbox housing with a marine-grade finish. 450:1 gear ratio.  Includes bronze-on-steel gears. Enclosed gears permanently lubricated with BH-USA gear grease. Guaranteed not to leak. Uses all stainless steel fasteners.

Coupled with the correct mounting plate, the gearbox works on both overhead boat lifts and pile mount boat lifts.

The gearbox requires a hardened output driveshaft to attach the direct drive boat hoist to the boat lift drive pipe. (sold separately.)

Features a solid aluminum gearbox housing with a marine-grade finish. 450:1 gear ratio. Includes bronze-on-steel gears. Enclosed gears are permanently lubed with BH-USA gear grease. Guaranteed not to leak. Uses all stainless steel fasteners.

A-Drive 40:75 Drive Shaft Kit

The A-Drive 40:90 Drive Shaft Kit is designed to mount into the drive pipe section of the 40:90 double worm reducer gearbox. The driveshaft end with the input tab slides into the double worm reducer gearbox. Using the mounting holes on the opposite side of the drive shaft, attach the drive pipe with the bolt and nut provided. Made from hardened steel then zinc-plated for protection against marine conditions. The driveshaft will accept a KALS Limit Switch.

The A-Drive 40:75 Drive Shaft Kit is designed to mount into the drive pipe section of the 40:75 double worm reducer gearbox. The driveshaft end with the input tab slides into the double worm reducer gearbox.
