The Tec II Remote Control Unit has a range of up to 300 ft and is one of the most convenient boat lift remote controls on the market today. It has easy to install connections and is designed for 1-motor or 2-motor boat lifts.

Two-Motor Control: Manages boat lifts with two motors using a 30 Amp contactor system.
Momentary Operation: The lift raises or lowers only while the up/down switch or button is being held.
Manual Control: Features a motor-level control switch for manual operation.
Remote Transmitter: Comes with one water-resistant transmitter with a range of up to 300 feet. Additional transmitters can be added at any time.
Dock Light Provision: Includes provisions for remote control of dock lights, supporting up to 800 total watts.
Power and Wiring: Equipped with a 40 VA (watt) transformer and is wired for 120V or 240V AC with a neutral connection.
Security: Features an on/off security key switch to prevent unauthorized use.
Durable Enclosure: Housed in a durable fiberglass enclosure measuring 12" x 10" x 5.5".

2 year manufacturer's warranty
The TEC unit I had before was very durable having faced many years of storms and hurricanes here in Punta Gorda Florida. But this last Hurricane Milton did our docks in with flooding higher than our dock control box. Replaced it with the exact same TEC II unit, as it’s a proven work-horse!
