AMS4000 Direct Drive

The AMS4000 Direct Drive 370:1 Double Worm Reducer Gearbox is a direct drive gearbox specifically designed and manufactured for the boat lift industry. With a proprietary aluminum housing and marine grade coated finish, the 370:1 offers FASTER lifting speeds than other 450:1 competitors. 

The AMS4000 also offers the only TRUE BI-Metal Bull Gear application combined with a much larger hardened steel worm drive. With a bronze outer ring and the strength of a cast inner metal core molded to the output shaft, there is no need for the extra cost associated with the output driveshaft required by other direct drive systems. The AMS4000 was explicitly designed for the boat lift industry and not adapted for use in the industry, like many others currently being sold.
