Installation
Boathouse Lifts require fully framed, professionally constructed boat houses or properly spaced pilings for attaching purposes. Boathouse Lifts are designed to lift a boat from above, under the roof. These lifts require an installer or contractor who is well versed in boat house installations and we do not recommend them to be installed by anyone else.

Cradle Side Kit
One of the many boathouse lifts we carry is the Cradle Side Kit for Wooden Mounting. These galvanized cradle kits use brackets to hang a drive pipe and pulleys from the overhead joists in your boathouse. The cables from the lift are connected to a galvanized cradle that your boat rests upon. Kits can be ordered to mount the pipe in the center of the boathouse or on the side of the boathouse.
Pontoon Cradle Center Kit
This Pontoon Boathouse Lift Kit is designed to lift a boat from the joists of a boathouse. This kit is set up so your drive pipe is down the center of your boathouse. It features a simple but strong design that will support from 3,000 lbs to 8,500 lbs. The two-beam design is a great feature that provides equal distribution from both cables. The boat lift cradle is easy to install and all hardware can be adjusted to meet your boat’s needs.
This kit includes everything to build the recommended lift kit except the galvanized pipe for cable wrapping and the wooden bunks for the boat to sit on.
